We recently published Ben and Marissa’s wedding books and I think they are the best yet. I design each book personally and add different graphic effects for each book. The books include a 40 page bridal book and two 20 page parent books and each is designed specifically two reflect each couple and family. I use a lot of two page panoramic shots to tell the story and usually use as many of the couples favorites as I can.
Here are a few more pages:

A play produced and performed by the students of Alalon Charter School here in the Twin Cities. An excellent job probably one of the best high school performances I have seen.
I photographed the play for a friend whose daughter was in it. Here are a few more:

As I mentioned in the previous post we introduced a new feature to our weddings at Chris and Rachael’s holiday wedding. We are now offering a portable studio available for guest portraits during the reception. The idea is tohave some fun with the couples friends and family and capture some lasting memories in the process.

We photographed Chris and Rachael’s wedding in Rochester MN the day after Christmas and we made many new friends. Rachael’s father Gary is the paster of the church where she and Chris were married and he did the honors of officiating the ceremony. He and his wife were a joy to get to know as well as their friends and families.
We did some new things for this wedding…I set up a remote camera behind the bridal party in order to provide a third point of view for the ceremony. I connected it electronically with my main camera and triggered it when I fired my camera.
The other thing we did was set up a portable studio and photogaphed guests and their families. We coaxed everyone to play and jump and just have fun…the kids really responded, those photos are coming up in the next post.
Here are some images from the wedding:
